Do I need a Shopify store?
Yes. Almond connects to your Shopify store, uses your catalog for the gift form and creates the gift orders there.
Does the creator pay anything?
No. The order is created at $0, so the creator only picks their gift and adds their address.
What can creators choose?
Only what you allow. You choose the products, how many items each creator can take and where gifts can ship.
What if a creator never fills in the form?
Their link expires after the number of days you set, and their row shows they haven’t claimed yet so you can follow up.
How do I know a gift arrived?
Almond follows the tracking on each order. The creator’s row moves to delivered and the next step becomes waiting on their post.
Does the form look like Almond?
No. It carries your brand’s name, font and button style, so creators see your brand, not ours.
Can my warehouse ship it normally?
Yes. It’s an ordinary order in your store, tagged as a creator gift, so it ships through your usual fulfilment.
